Passport Program

  • Through generous donations from exhibitors, ASTRO raises funds for the two organizations featured in the Survivor Circle. Since its inception, the Survivor Circle has raised close to $300,000 for these organizations. The 2017 Survivor Circle Grant recipients will be featured in the Survivor Circle at the ASTRO Annual Meeting in San Diego.

In 2006, ASTRO introduced the Survivor Circle Passport Program. This program was created not only to help raise money for the groups we partnered with in the Survivor Circle, but also to help drive traffic to passport participant's booths. With your participation, Annual Meeting attendees will see your company name and logo on the passport they receive. Each attendee can stop by your booth to learn more about your company and receive a stamp from you. When their passport is full, they can stop by the Survivor Circle at the Ask ASTRO booth to drop of their passport for a chance to win fabulous prizes. Additionally participating companies will receive signage in the Annual Meeting Exhibit Hall, including an aisle sticker at your booth as well as special recognition in both the ASTROnews Annual Meeting Special Edition. And most importantly, your participation will help support the fabulous organizations who receive the ASTRO Survivor Circle Grant at the Annual Meeting.
